Hopefully one of these days they'll be releasing the PMDG 737NGX, that'll probably set the bar in terms of realism in payware aircraft. It all depends on which aircraft you want to fly. There's Captain Sim and PMDG who have great Boeing planes. CS has the 757, 767, 777 (Exterior Model), 727, 707 and soon the 737-100/200. PMDG has the 747-400, 747-8 (Exterior Model). CS and PMDG are the best for realism. I personally owned the 757 for FS2004 and it was great. Cheers :)
