Most people seem to aggree that Rapid Responce Team work is the job of the Police,Correct! so it should be for people that are commiting crimes like starting a war that could escalate and cause the militry to get involved.Rapid Responce Teams need to be well armed to handle violence and armed conflicts it does not mean that they are becoming militryized,situations like terrorism,riots,covert opposition and assasinations and murder are all police work,NOT the militry,thier job is National Defence.
