Welcome to my page. Thanks for taking the time to read a little about me. Im an unsigned artist from the UK. I would describe my music as Hip Hop/Rap/R&B. Although I am from the UK im influenced by hip hop across the pond though anything and everything, over every genre of music has the potential to appeal to me. I aim to be successful through being different, and I can only do that by being myself. Its hard for me to compare myself to anybody else as I feel my style is unique due to the fact im not heavily influenced by the music that im surrounded by in the UK. Although I appreciate anyone who has talent and is lyrically gifted, I would say I would articulate my surroundings in a different form to others. Through lifes journey I feel I have learnt a lot, and know I have a hell of a lot more to learn. All im trying to do when I record music is tell my story, and what I have learnt from my encounters thus far. Even if one person can listen to my music, and feel the emotions that I have when writing it... At least I know its worth it. If a picture can paint a thousand words, I hope my words can paint a thousand pictures. Music is just a platform for me to go on hopefully achieve greater things, and complete my goal of leaving my mark on this world. Thanks for checking me out!
*UPDATE* thanks for all your comments and messages, the support is overwhelming and shocking, the feedback I get inspires me to push harder, and makes it so much easier to ignore the haters and believe in myself, as soon as the mixtape is finished which will be very soon (as of writing date being 17.5.11) I will upload more, Im holding back so as to leave fresh material, rather than puting a mixtape out that is more like a best of what Ive done so far. Just to clarify I do NOT make any of these beats so cannot take credit for any of them, I search far and wide for them.. as it would be detrimental for me to reveal where Im unable to do so! But hey if things go my way and I blow up and get signed you guys will be the first to know! Thanks again!
**UPDATE** I'm eager to sign to a MAJOR label, if anyone can help make that a reality, I would welcome it with open arms. People see the talent here and believe I have it in the bag! Or that I'm most likely already in talks, which unfortunately is not the case. The majority of my fans have came through promoting myself on here, the city where I'm from is not very supportive of their artists or those with talent, at least not of me! So I would appreciate anyone who could put any labels in touch with me, or pass on my stuff to anyone who is influential in the music industry, as I'm still trying to build my contacts and don't have many links. I dream to go over to America one day, hopefully New York, and make my name out there. Again thanks to everyone for their continued help and suppport, I love you all!
