So, this year tracks to the same calendar used in 2005. Iow, six years ago today was a friday. It was also the day when Hurricane Katrina approached the Gulf coast. My Channel features the broadcast of the friday before the sunday landfall of Katrina (Randi Rhodes August 26, 2005)
