The "there is no Spoon" in this scene is itself a reference to The Matrix, for that matter. (And not a good idea, since it kinda kills the horror atmosphere.)

@dan2009 It should be noted that the scene does have knife-on-body contact, although it's pretty hard to spot. The knife can be seen piercing the body in 1:53 for a very very brief moment.
