My name is Peter savage! Heya!

I am currently a student member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and the Institute of Engineering Technology.

I am an enthusiastic engineer from the United Kingdom. I love engineering. I love making overly complicated solutions to a simple question. I make radio controlled planes from kits, plans and do the odd home design. I mess around with PIC microcontrollers and do all sorts of things with them.

GUITAR!!! I love guitar, even if I am not that good at playing certain songs, it is cool...

I prefer cats to dogs, discusting slobbery things, YUCK!

We have tropical fish but I can't remember the last time I looked at them.

RC Aircraft:
I had my first RC plane when I was 6 (1998), not really doing much flying with it, because this was when we had to put up with an old futaba challenger radio ( no cheap buddy boxing)!

The first plane I flew solo was my trusty Multiplex Pico Cub, a very nice plane but rather lacking in the brushed version!

I have made many messes out of lumps of depron and the plus side was most of them flew for at least a few seconds! ( whether they were hand launched by my dad or hand thrown by a disgruntled me!

I build many aircraft, I prefer building from kits where you have all the parts there and ready as opposed to cutting the parts as you go.
