As long as the guitar lives at the RH it was built at you are usually okay. However, you don't want to be building at 100% obviously. Also, solid body guitars tend to support changes in RH easier than acoustic guitars.

So question: I live in Florida and I'm interested in building a solid body neck through electric. I saw your classical guitar video on RH, and how it should be as low as possible. Is the RH suggestion for your classical guitars apply to electric guitars as well? As you stated in your video from your time in Brazil, its pretty darn hard to get a low RH day down here.
