¡Oba! — which means "YEAH!" in Portuguese — transports guests on an imaginative journey across cultures through its award-winning Nuevo Latino cuisine. Celebrating vibrant flavors from Spain, Portugal, the Caribbean and across the Americas, ¡Oba!'s menu is the intersection where bold Latin traditions, spices and preparations meet seasonal, Northwest ingredients. The bar offers a festive vibe and an extensive selection of tapas, handcrafted fresh fruit cocktails and 20 wines by the glass. The popular "Hora Feliz" (happy hour) menu is available daily from 4 -- 6:30 pm and from 9:30 pm -- close Monday through Thursday. ¡Oba! is located in the heart of the Pearl District at 555 NW 12th Avenue (NW 12th and Hoyt). ¡Oba! is owned by Steve McLain; the Executive Chef is Scott Neuman, and Randy Noia is General Manager.
