My username is pronounced "nicotine," although people on teh interwebs usually call me 'Nyk' or 'Nyky.' My real name is 'Nick' and this the source of my channel name. I do not smoke. I know, I know I hate it too but I wasn't planning on taking this account seriously when I started and I'd change it if I could so STFU!!!

My main goal on YouTube as of now is to advocate science and understanding of science and the scientific method as well as to expose those who show a disregard for the scientific method and embrace pseudosciences, superstitions, and paranoid conspiracy theories.

I also do comedy, philosophy, and other random things. Oh and I'm also a classical music fan and a conservatory educated pianist.

I am not a fan of religion and I don't feel the need to apologize for this. However, if you are a sane religious person then I'm sure we'll get along fine.
