Mr. Garcia, I believe you've had several email exchanges with one of our reps, and you have a conf call scheduled this week. Unfortunately, we do not have enough resources to provide free 24/7 phone support. However, Nuxeo offers a full service support, maintenance and services program - see http://www.nuxeo.com/en/subscr

Being fair, they do reply emails. no phone calls were possible for me. nuxeo is now working on my linux box. still, although nuxeo seems to be better the documentation is so poor when compared to alternatives such as alfresco that makes one think it twice.

Nuxeo, seems good on youtube. nice interfaces. No questions aske about the fact this is open, not as alfresco. BUT, and this is a BIG BUT... if u need support.. forget it, u need someone answering emails... for get it, u need a community... forget it.... u need documentation, the kind of documentation that helps to keep u going... FORGET IT. the documentation is poor, not well reviewed, does not address real issues, etc etc etc. in sumary, NUXEO vs ALFRESCO, go for what is safe.... this nuxeo is probably a good idea, and perhaps it works if u hire NUXEO people but other than that go for Alfresco.
