@bigoldavey It is a power adder. It's a hydraulic controlled lift that rides on a bigger cam lobe, so when you "hit vtec" it does add power by allowing more air thru the valves. Basically like adding cams to any other car, vtec just does it when you hit a certain RPM.

@Aldo586 Actually Evo 8's are about 12k-17k. I got mine for 12.5k put about 2500 into it and I'm at 400hp/390tq.

@Milehighsnake98 Your sense of speed must be messed up. When your recording a race from inside one of the cars and they are going near to or equal to eachothers speed. One won't just take off and blast out of sight. You must never race, otherwise you would know this.
