I sang on the soundtrack to Season 2 and 3 and the lyrics were largely gibberish, just sounds that were good phonetically with the music. There were some old English words chucked in but a lot of the time it was nonsense. There were also some cues with Latin words eg Gaius Arraigned from Season 2.
