Personal Note:
I have been taking the prescribed Omega 3, called :Lovaza" for three years. I can personally say for sure that it is very helpful for lowering triglicerides, reducing the risk of diabetes, and more. I can also bear witness to the ill effects that Aspertame (nutrisweet) can cause.
