I'm a hard working student, and I have been struggling with my weight since I was in 1st grade. I didn't realize it was a problem till I was in 3rd grade and I realized the negative social aspects of being the chubby girl. My weight has gone a little up and a little down from time to time, but it's always on my mind. I did get into a very healthy range when I was a freshman in high school, but I slowly gained it back. Now I'm motivated to lose weight because I'd like to get a summer camp job and I know that I will need to be able to keep up with the kids. I'm scared to set a goal weight, because what if I don't make...but I have to. So instead of setting my ultimate goal I'm going to set a more attainable goal that will put me back in the healthy range. Here we go:

STARTING WEIGHT: 162 (that was I think I weighed around christmas)

12/21/09(sometime around there): 162

12/28/09: 160

1/4/10: 160

1/11/10: 158.8 (10 pounds away from goal weight!)

1/18/10: 160.2

1/25/10: 158.4

1st Goal weight: 149 (11 pound loss)
