I can not for the life of me understand how a streetcar makes sense, when we have bus service. A streetcar requires you to rip up roads and hang power lines. On the other hand, a bus requires nothing that isn't already in place. How is this logical?

Seems like a pretty short-sighted top 5, especially with that Eminem song. That's not even Eminem's saddest song.
