WHAT IS GOING ON, WHY I HAVEN'T BEEN HERE:
Grandpa passed away, at that funeral, my mom was embarassed that I am trans and representing as male. A few days later she informed me that I was a freak and anyone who would want to be with me was a freak as well, so I needed to start acting and dressing like a girl or get out of her life.
The same day, my dad found out he had liver problems, and that he was given a 5 year life expectancy.
Between March and Aug. I was helping my girlfriend with the diagnoses of lung cancer, treatments, death and affairs of her father.
By this time my father was doing really well. He lost a lot of weight, was looking good, and his doctors were really happy with his progress.
He had a fall at the dog park, which caused all the hard work he accomplished to reverse. He was in and out of hospital, for weeks at a time. His kidneys were shutting down and his liver was failing. He became really swollen all over, and yellow.
I lost my dad to NASH liver, and am learning how to live without him. The only one in my family to support and love me unconditionally. My mom is throwing all his stuff away, and when I go home, it's like he never even existed. That's hard.
I have been on a constant period for a few months now (I had this same problem a few years ago), as well as other medical problems.
I made an appointment in June (2011) to see my doctor, the earliest he could see me was Dec. When I arrived for my appointment, it was cancelled. a few weeks later I found out my doctor got arrested. I have been to emergency, but they are not taking this vag bleeding seriously. I have to start fresh with a new doctor for trans things, that's difficult. But am seeing a surgeon in May to talk to about a hystorectomy, another one in March, whom, I am hoping with cut my chest off. Nobody will send a refferal to an endocrinologist, which is frustrating.
So still no T for me.
I'm done... needless to say, It's been rough.
