Actually yes, in some countries you can drive a 125, (or 50, but not cars or anything over that cc) when you're 16 or 17, and when 17 year olds look for something fast but still legal, they buy the fastest 125

2-strokes are faster than 4-strokes, but also makes more noise and have higher emissions, and is less reliable.

2-strokes are used in chainsaws because of their power/size ratio.

In norway we can drive 50cc with a max speed of 45km/h, or 125cc (new'er 125 's have a limit of 80, older have unlimited) at 16 years old :)

But, the licenses in Norway costs ALOT, i'm talking 3000-4000 euro for a 125 license

And to get a proper 125 you'll have to pay 4000-5000 euro's
