Yo I couldnt help noticing your comment on Funimation's channel about Soul Eater. They actually did dub the rest of the show but they just havent released any more episodes on Youtube yet. If you want, I can tell you where to watch the rest of it on another site.

Well...if you really wanna record with games, there's some free ways to do so!
Like NCS says below, msot people use Audacity to record their voice. You can use a Guitar Hero or Rock Band Microphone (it's USB).
For the video, you can use a variety of stuff - I like Fraps, but it only records certain computer programs, like the game I'm currently LPing, Starcraft. There's a demo version that's supposed to work only 4 weeks, but I've been using it for 7 weeks and most people say it works forever. I'm not sure how to record a TV without something that costs money, but you can use emulators (such as ZSNES which runs SNES games, Project 64 runs N64 games, and so on) and a corresponding game to play them. I've been addicted to Super Mario World for the SNES :D
