Welcome to the fine "family" of NORTHSTAR Campers - owned and operated for over forty years by a family that is in its third generation of manufacturing slide in truck campers. We are in Cedar Falls, which is located in the northeast corner of Iowa. We are proud of our Midwestern roots and what our "family" has to offer.
Ralph C. (Tex) Willett founded this business in 1961 with his sons Robert and Jack. Since the early 1980's Robert's sons, Rory and Rex, have been directing the company. Much can be said on how continuity of ownership translates into excellence. Each generation, as committed as the previous one to maintaining their competitive edge by constantly evaluating their performance and striving for improvement. Passing on the knowledge gained from proven techniques of construction and at the same time, pursuing new and better methods.
