I first heard this tune on the then new Creedence album. Then you travel to Screamin' Jay Hawkins, and now, this very fine version. I believe Screamin Jay wrote it.

I saw this crazy cat back in '72, he went on BEFORE Alice Cooper, the headliner that nite. Saugatuck, Mi. Of course ALL the current Michigan bands wer also there, MC5, etc. Arthur Brown was more humourous than good, the drugs helped...
