  @kathywmusic Keep practicing, at first I could only spin once around, then twice...but now I can spin around 3 times without getting dizzy, and keeping the momentum during all 3 revolutions. It takes a lot of practicing, but if you start to feel dizzy, skate around a bit, then try spinning again.
