About Me:

I am a man who began a journey of his true self through books, reason, emotions, and perspective. I lost myself into the different ideas and actions that slowly transformed me through what I experienced with them and what heppened to me in daily life. Through this, I slowly began to define myself, my actions, and as well my ideas. They created the man I am today, and will continue to transform the man that I will become.

I began through different religions without fear. I once stood as a Catholic man who changed to a more Protestant view. I foolishly became even a creationist as I lacked knowledge of evolution. Slowly, I decided to educate myself into religion, philosophy, and science. I left Christianity and creationism all together, and became an agnostic theist hungry for knowledge and wisdom.

In time, I understood physics, biology, and chemistry, and became a man of science. Nevetheless, I still stood in my agnostic theism. It began to change when I saw the gap on each one, specially on Islam and other supernatural religions. I slowly began to find comfort on the Buddhist religion, and other materialistic religions, like pantheism, deism, and panentheism.

Slowly, I decided to live religion away, and became a spiritual skeptic who took different ideas from some religions, specially Buddhism. I decided to live the existence of an afterlife and God into the unknown and doubt of their existence. This made me indifferent of their existence as I decided to worry more about my actions and my life.

At the same time, I was learning about different philosophies. I began to take ideas of different philosophies as I think each one has a good point on their discussion.

I took part of Stoicism as I agree that we should not attach ourselves to nothing. I as well agree that the actions are what define us, not what we say. Nevertheless, it was not God's will that I believe, but the will of what we have to do. Here it comes another philosophy called Epicureanism. I agree that through friendship, knowledge, wisdom and an analitical life are the ways to have a pleasurable life. Nevertheless, we shall not exceed this pleasures as it will make us dependant and unhappy.

Skepticism is as well another philosophy that I apply into my life. I don't believe anything that I hear or see until I investigate it or learn about it. I apply this even to social and scientific areas of life as I wish not to be deceive easily. I use the Socratic method to help me with my skepticism, and as well to find the closest thing to the truth.

Another philosophy that helped me through life is existentialism as I think that letting things be, or accept the things how they are are something that help us understand. Nevertheless, if changes have to be done, then so be it. The will of humanity is to be wise so they could be free, though many are blind to see it. This perspective of the will comes from the Pessimist Schopenhauer, as I think people should as well followl thier will as the will is what makes people have hopes and become bigger than what they are. This made me become as well a pessimist but a positive pessimist as I think some things will change through time.

Even though some ideas seemed contradictory; they are not in my daily practice in life. What's important is the persception and understand the persception of such ideas. This path was not quite easy, nor it's entirely easy as their appliance is quite recent, even if I have them two years ago. To practice them well, you need to fight and stand strong against negative emotions and exterior forces. Here it where it comes my Machiavellian views and my cynicism toward society. It something unfortunate, but it's something I perceive through my experience in life.
