You don't necessarily need a ton of money to conduct paranormal investigations. State of the art technology will definitely assist in your endeavours, however it's not required. Most of us don't have the means to acquire such equipment. I'm simply armed with my digital camera and a little bit of determination. Staring at photos looking for potential evidence can become time consuming and tedious at times, but it's worth it when you find a keeper! I also metal detect in my spare time. The two hobbies are very similar in the fact that you need alot of patience. Of course, simply being in the right place at the time always helps. =)
