@NoJustice37 When your rage kicks in simply walk towards him and do the same thing as labeled above. When enraged you do not need to input the command for the power slam: Prokop does this by default when enraged. Also, don't be afraid to use your special move which is done by hitting X then A...

This game did a great job with the music. It really sounds like music from a horror movie. It's a shame that the re-make is ditching that in favor of heavy metal. :(

@MaxxTheSlash That's because it's a remake of Castelvania 3. Castlevania 3 had a timer. Simple enough to figure out.
