Answer to the first question: The person is an idiot. Many people are idiots. Human stupidity cannot be fathomed. A prime example of unfathomable stupidity is Youtube's new layout.

Answer to third question: Wisdom just is, and it is relative. (sorry, I couldn't make that answer more "Zen-like" i.e. "WTF is this guy talking about?")
Since you have great deal of Life Experiences, answer 3 questions for me.
1) Why would someone throw a dirty diaper out of an apartment window, rather than taking it to the dumpster?
2) Why would a person take bags of trash to an empty dumpster, but leave the trash bags on the ground beside the dumpster?
3) How can I find wisdom?
