I use Pinnacle Video Studio 12 Ultimate.. Go to edit, drag your vid into the story line. Select a frame where you can see all sides. Now on your left, you see a small camera, click it. Then within the menu that popped out you see a square within a rounded square.. Click it..
Then go to presets and put it to full screen. Click crop (if it's needed) and then Scale it to full screen (you can also use this technique for zooming in.
