@IKEsZONE I knew I wasn't the only one that felt it was rushed. SCV was announced at the end of May last year, and now 8 months later, the game is out. Yet TTT2 is already out on arcades, and is now enduring a 12+ month console port.

Your opponent will. This isn't a problem in tournaments with structured rules, but on the internets where all bets are off, you might want to be equipped with a gem or 2 hundred.

@katierose333 In the series, it's implied that they actually transform in no time (that actually happened in an episode, I don't remember which though). All the spinning and stuff is just for media appeal and doesn't really take that that long.
