My manual said nothing about hyper-velocity ammo. So, I emailed Anthony Imperato, and he said Stingers, on any high or hyper velocity ammo was fine in the gun. Mine is the very newest version though. Also, the notch that lines the barrel up with the receiver is now made of steel, and not plastic.

@ilovesensi718 A very good question. I ordered it from my local Wal-Mart. Those Wal-Marts that do carry guns still can order any Henry Rifle for you. You can also get them from Sportsmans Warehouse. They run about 220 at WM. I know thats more then a 10/22 costs from WM but everyone has a 10/22.
