She has been in the beauty industry for over 16 years and is licensed in two states. She is an international stylist having styled tresses from Japan to Jacksonville. She is a certified educator for Farouk Systems' Deep Brilliance Line of hair care products. She was featured in the 2007 issue of Lucas Exclusive Hair Magazine and awarded one of Houston's 2008 Top Stylist. She will also star in the very first reality show out of Houston, Tx titled "HairFashionHouston" which will be seen on Comcast. Her styles have been adored on several runways such as, The Sexy In Me Fashion Show, Flawless Glamour Full Figured Fashion Soiree', The I'm Every Women Fashion Show, SizeSexyDivas Hair & Fashion Extravaganza I, II, III SizeSexyDivas I & II Make Up Bar and the BET Awards Glam Bar 2011.
Latrecia Antwine founded, SizeSexyDivas Inc, which is an organization dedicated to promoting the positive side of being a plus size woman. The 'Divas' strive to encourage, educate, promote and motivate plus size women to be comfortable in the skin they're in. Latrecia, along with her SizeSexyDivas', has been featured in several magazines such as Gospel Truth Magazine, Rolling Out, D-Mars, Favor Magazine, JPages Hair Magazine, Trendsetter 2 Trendsetter Magazine and interviewed by Fox26 News, one of Houston's leading news stations. She was also featured on Great Day Houston with Debra Duncan on several occasions. SizeSexyDivas actively serve their community by holding fundraisers and seminars to support HIV/AIDS Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness and other women's health issues. SizeSexyDivas also implemented a mentor program for teen girls ages 12-18 called DivaDarlings, where through a series of workshops, exercises and rap sessions, they plan to assist our teens in making healthy sound decisions for the future.
Latrecia Antwine is also an active member of Higher Dimension Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition which is a voluntary, strategic alliance of community stakeholders and credentialed service providers whose purpose is to combat illegal drug use among adolescents in the Westwood/Alief ISD community.
