Dont be confused Nicole Jane is a male three piece group that consists of the young Carreira brothers Jace, Alfie J and Dieu. In around 18 months Nicole Jane have become a music phenomenon, this is largely due to there hard work. Having made over 100 appearances in that time to around 250,000 people and managing a Myspace site that has received over 100,000 hits and is now getting 5,000 hits monthly. Then on top this there has been the small matter of recording an album. So here for their many (particularly female) fans is the long awaited debut single from Nicole Jane. "From The Heart" isn't some slushy ballad; it is an R&B Soul Pop anthem, with all the feeling of when the likes of Blackstreet, Jodeci, S.W.V., Temptations, Beatles and Motown music ruled the roost. If you have seen Lemar on his tour, Ne-yo or Timbaland live in concert you will have seen Nicole Jane as headline support. If you have yet to see them live make sure you get to see them. Their amazing warm characters shine through their live performance and their showmanship is what you would normally associate with an American superstar. The manager of Hammersmith Apollo stated after their performance on the Lemar tour "In my 30 years of managing I have not seen such a reception for some major acts let alone a support act". They have received regular airplay from the UK's leading tastemakers on Choice Fm, Galaxy Network, Kiss Fm, Radio 1, 1xtra and all the leading specialist shows on ILR, Digital, community, URL and pirate radio stations. Nicole Jane capped an amazing year by winning the best UK unsigned act of 2006 at "UK Unsigned", a nationwide talent search which thousands of contestants from genres such as rnb, rock, soul, pop, hip-hop and dance compete for the top prize. This is the most prestigious of the many awards that they have won at unsigned talent contests. After spending two weeks in jully 07 flying the british flag in russia, the word on the street of sochi town is "bring back the great nicole Jane" The eagerly awaited debut single is available to down load in August.
