I feel so alone so disconnected as i sit and stare into the dark night my heart is breaking but i have no more tears to cry. the sadness rushing over me like a title wave knocking me into a stage of blankness sadness almost paralyzing but i know that i have to stay strong. i smile like everythings perfect talk like everythings fine act like everythings normal but in truth i am in pain great pain a state of deyal i dont know what to do with myself i feel as if im going to explode as i keep it botled inside. for a second there is no pain as i watch the blood trickle down my wrist almost peace full
