A Canadian Doctor was banned from a US based ecigarette forum for revealing his Professional Opinion on the Very Toxic & Poisonous "Controlled Substance" Nicotine. Doctor States "5 - 10ml of 4mg strength Nicotine IS enough to Kill a Child!"
