At the last court date in August 24, the judge dismissed the weapons charge as it was a fabrication, officers din't take names of ambulance attendants and for the first two days of court nobady knew who was the officer in charge!!!!On the third day the name of oneother police officer pop into the proceedings, why? why not from the beggining!!Coverup and abuse of power will be the defense next time on February 16/12 at St. Catherines cout room one

This video starts in the basement and continues upstairs to get the door, notice at the end of video cops puts gloves ready for accion. Nothing was found wrong and the cops strike as soon as the video goes out. Cowards because they continue to beat down the prisoner who is handcuffed behind the back and unconcious........what is the matter with this cops? I ask what is wrong with them?
I tought they serve and protect !! ho yes, serve and protect thenselves first thatis......... and lie, cheat, etc, etc.

Assault on Niagara falls resident by two Niagara police part two After the Niagara Police denied medical care while I was detained (they have it on video at the detention room), upon my release after 1.30 am on Sunday (following day) I went out of town to obtain medical help where it was discovered that I had sustained an assault with initial findings of two broken ribs plus ear trauma as well as multiple traumas of repeated blows to the head, ear, legs, back, and organs. Don't know what else I have but exams are scheduled. I have sent letters to various medias as well to the authorities, we'll see how much polititians care.Time will tell In the mean time I'll continue to document my files and send them away, but if they go missing is not too far where they are I know this is embarrasing to the police deparment and also know they will try to trow some dirt to cover certains facts, after all it is two of their representatives who done this assault, but there are witness to the fact and more. To whom it may concern: Do not let this bad cops obscure your name of police officers, I have not bad feelings to the Police and some are even very nice....On the other hand bad officers should be punished by the law, are this bad officers? Lets see what the investigation brings out, have they done it before? WHY?

Assault on resident by Niagara Falls Ontario cops, I want to make clear that I do not have a criminal record or that I provoked the incident. I was sitting watching tv in my home when this one officer show up claiming to have a domestic complaint report by a neighbor, After looking around up and down stairs he left to return later with one more person as back up. They started to tell me things and next they tried to place under arrest with me refusing.
While hancuffed laying face down they continue to beat me breaking two of my ribs, damage my right ear and god knows what else is going to show up.
Are cops above the law? certaintanly I hope not.
I believe this inmature person in need of power went tripping and assaulted me for his ego, there is not need to endure this.......follow the story to see if it gets burried, but if I die....please see that my daughters get justice.
This all happen in front of my daughter and grand daughter.......by the way, they found nothing to justified the home invasion and arrested me anyway......while in holding I asked to see a doctor because I could not breath well (I guees broken ribs may have something to do with that) and I was denied the medical. What kind of officers do we have? who keps on hitting a person despite being hancuffed? This monsters need to go, mind you the officer that keep me in the cell was nice.
Show your support and get the justice minister to look after this matter, the video is allready in safe keeping as I trust no one and you can assume that the officers? got their story straight by now.
To the one officer that was going to hit with the battom but was stopped by my daughter (while I was hancuffed) please do not ruin your future by backing your fellow officer (he is not)
The ship is going to sink and you need not to go down with it.
