He's ok, but he's not even close to being the best player in the State of California. Anyone who knows the game knows the in 2010-2011 the best Player in the State is Kyisean Reed at Antelope Valley College...bar none.

Justin Carter is a GREAT athlete on any level...I seen him play bb at the HAX in the SayNo and the boy was BAD...He led Creighton (at only 6'4") in rebounding nearly every game....Stay UP JC!!
