Yes Ma'am! Like I said...my decision for WLS was a very selfish one. Following through with it is a must. I just rescheduled my personal training sessions for next week and I cannot wait! I need it to make my journey work.

I'll chime in on the personal trainer since I had one forever...even though I'm only 4 weeks post op. I didn't lose weight because of my bad eating prior to surgery, but I can tell you that I tightened up all over and definitely increased my energy and strength...which is why I'm so looking forw...

@MissionPossible72111 Wooow March 1 is almost here!!! I'm super excited for you. The only time I freaked out about the surgery is when I was laying in the bed just before they knocked me out! I'm glad you like the shakes. They are really good. My favorite is the strawberry.
