1 with respect to the first mass killing of Bosniaks, which became the pretext for NATO intervention in Yugoslavia, Carla del Ponte, recently confessed that it was a provocation.
2-If you feel that you need to intervene in all civil wars, why your government does not restore order in Somalia.
