@jpar187 No, you don't need to, I had E'lara drink every vat of sleg throughout the whole game. All you have to do after you beat it is go to the games main menu, go to "adventure" at the starting screen, then on the bottom it will say "(some button) Adventure+" for ps3 its select. Once again, ...
