I once ask if anyone knew how to contact the Hopi elders, it's been a year of searching and still no luck... The Hopi are an elusive people. I have only been blessed in that I have met one such elder... Nordwell, in Espanola, New Mexico. His mother is one of the oldest. If you want to find Hopi elders you first have to look to those speaking Tewa in northern New Mexico for the two are very closely involved. Look-up Carpio Bernal in Taos Pueblo. Perhaps He... can help you.
