Born in Belo Horizonte, MG, Vanessa Lee expressed his interest in art in childhood. At eight years began a course of painting on canvas.
Some time after his father won a camera and from paints and brushes, followed by recording everything he saw around him. At twenty-one years he left his hometown in search of other horizons.
Bahia and Italy were part of his script.
Vanessa now lives in Rio de Janeiro, where, in addition to paintings and photography, art through the exercise of his new passion: the dolls made from gourds, found in stores specializing in folk art.
Vanessa a path in his art, because his songs are always varied without being tied to one style, but the possibilities to give shape to their emotions, perceptions and ideas.
How do you define the artist herself: "it is a way to interpret my feelings, my ideas and imagination. Each creation is a form of interpretation and a different way of observing reality. My inspiration is something transcendental and subjective, is the exercise of my mind trying to understand whether or not the universe.
