About Murkin: Murkin is a shelter dog! He was born in 2003 and we think he is a great pyrenees/lab/golden retriever/australian shepherd mix. I adopted him from our local shelter when he was about 6 months old. He is very calm and patient, and he loves to hang out and play with other animals, especially cats and kittens. I foster kittens (and the occasional bunny) for our local animal shelter, if you click on my youtube channel you will find lots of videos of Murkin and all the animals we have fostered over the years.

UPDATE: I just listened to some more of the developer interview. It strongly supports the idea that I presented in the video concerning the Dark Soul / Humanity. I was surprised that I pieced it together so closely, to be honest. It's a highly recommended read (link below).
THE "Dark Soul." The most important thing in the game, and something that no one talks about thanks to the damn pygmy and the freaking pendant. Your thoughts?

And there you have it... my take on Dark Souls' primary story line. Between the previous video and this one, I've basically explained my (current) ideas about the plot. Particularly the Dark Soul itself... one thing that no one talks about for some reason... covered up by the red herring that is the Pygmy, most likely.
In retrospect, I have to give this game extreme respect for the storyline. I'm a "gameplay first, graphics second, and oh there was a story?" kind of guy. For me to get THIS interested in a game's plot is... rare. There are only about three series that make me want to geek the fuck out like this.
Anyway. once again, the art book was delayed until the end of March. I will do my best to make a video about it.
And an Epic favor: if anyone can hook me up with a Diablo beta... I'd love you forever. Or at least until the retail version goes out.
