ELFEN LIED
The more you watch the better it gets becuase you notice more and more of it. its the saddest story i know. And its pulled of magicaly, and the anime actualy is is pleasing to the eyes. The details werent overlooked. The suspense is amazing, the story line is amazing, the ending (rare) is actualy very very good and relates to the entire anime. It's just the perfect story, its an emotional roller coaster, filled with alot of thrilling high points.

Its not just awesome for its gore and action, its awesome for its emotional hold, and story line. Check it out, and dont judge it your first time. Either pay very close attention and reflect after every episode, or watch it twice!
AND NO FILLER EPISODES or parts that drag on..!

Favorite Anime scene of all time:
Toradora
The scene with "Santa" and Taiga (+ the crying scene). In a nut shell, Taiga goes home to find "Santa" and she fills with joy because she has been alone for a lot of her life and she wanted Santa to come to her house during Christmas. After this she realizes something about herself and her friendships, and it brings her to tears. You see a weaker, loving side of Taiga, one she doesn't really show much.
I don't want to spoil it to much but i felt that was one of the most emotional scenes in anime ever, and it built up perfectly. It had a deep, down in your heart meaning. Watch Toradora and i hope when you get to this scene, it will touch your heart!
