I dont like Russo one bit. But to say that he killed Owen is a prett big statement. But the truth is that it was an accident, Vince Russo didnt "murder" Owen. It was the theatrics of wrestling and the competion between WWF and WCW that was the catalyst for his death....

Compromsing Vince gave him the best performer of the core of the nWo and that was Scott Hall. Instead of the nWo Austin wanted to fight Kurt Angle....

@derekw148 Oh they did but not as much todays WWE. Too cartoony was the main complaint. But after the TV14 Attitude era, its hard for a lot of long time fans to go back. WCW from 96' to 98' was a good example of wrestling that was still entertaining and TVPG.

Conan wasnt so great at first, but what can you expect, he was an unknown taking over for a legend. He was one of NBC's biggest gambles, He went from one 13 week contract to the next. Then suddenly it all clicked and he found his audience....
