@Vulpine407 I know right. :) My bunnies learned even when they were babies that they could kick all the cats in the neighborhood out of their pen. It was hilarious to see those cats scramble to get out, when you were fearing for your new baby bunnies' lives...

@destiny035 Als het goed is zijn juist de dwerghamsters (rusjes, campbelli's) wel sociaal. De grotere hamsters waarvan ik de naam even kwijt ben vreten elkaar op en dan hou je wat vachtplukjes over in een zakje ja.

@Gocavs1990 Ik heb ook HBO gedaan dus ik ken het verschil. Voor MIJ is het te makkelijk en niet al te interessant, maar dat betekent niet dat HBO-ers per definitie stomkoppen zijn.

Daarom vind ik dat je je reactie wel eens wat had mogen nuanceren, en de term "HBO paupers" getuigt ook niet van al...

@Nemurin Sorry, ik bedoelde daar "dat je niet van andere mensen kunt verwachten". Het was laat gisteravond. ;)

You do NOT feed a rabbit fresh lettuce. It holds too much water, they may get diarrhea if they eat too much of it.

I only feed my bunnies cabbage rarely, and never more than once a week, with plenty of hay to go with it. (Absorbs the water some.)

Biting on cages/metal that hangs around the area is usually a cause of metal poisoning in pets. I know it's especially rusty metal, though, but I'm certain they can get bits off their cages if they chew on them a lot.

Actually I would not recommend a wheel for gerbils, since the end part of their tail can break off (defense mechanism in the wild) when tugged on.

It's not deadly, but I assume you want a gerbil with a pretty little tuft on their tail, and they don't grow back. ;)
