Geez, I just saw a piece on Yahoo News called "Foods that fight fatigue" (yogurt, spinach, and even trail mix--also a Don't Crack the Munchies/Bod Squad segment). But yet, you would think they would AT LEAST even have the courtesy to recommend these as substitutes in place of junk food.
