#4 is the same with any spell that you fling at your target...like fireball, firebolt, ice spike, etc...only thing that doesn't work is lightning bolt.

@SwTORLOLify This is how I did it..much faster. The video has a good way, but it's safer and raises it faster if you don't overcharge the spell (forget perk name..the one where using both hands combines it into one, more powerful spell...just use them separately).
