Necromance is eastern Pennsylvania's most exciting and promising young Traditional Metal band, drawing influence from an eclectic set of Metal and Rock bands including Iron Maiden, Savatage, Dio, Queensryche, Dream Theater, Tesla, Gotthard, Whitesnake, Firewind, Journey, Dungeon, Nocturnal Rites, Fates Warning, and Riot.

The band's current lineup all age 21-23, and have already shared the stage with some metal greats such as Overkill, Raven, Doro, Jon Oliva's Pain, Circle II Circle, Manticora, George Lynch, and Deceased. Necromance guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Jeff Teets has also played 2 shows as a member of Chris Caffery (Savatage)'s backing band.

The group have played about 60 shows (plus about 15 more acoustic performances) in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York since early 2005 (the band was formed in August 2004). The band have released 2 demos - "Necromance" (2005) and "Never Look Back" (2009). The band is currently preparing to enter the studio to record their first professional full-length album, "Mask of Lies" - due in late 2012.
