@Thatpatriot101 would you deseve this if you had an Emperor and a few generals who made ALL the decisions? the Japanese people didnt organise the attack. Their politicians did. plus, the central command in USA knew japanese airplanes were coming at least 1 hour before the attack. they did nothing...
