the sad thing about the actuator is that it's not the motor that's bad it will 9 times out of 10 be a broken tooth out of one of the plastic gears.

@MrGilvo it's located under the steering wheel towards the center of the dash. There are 3 actuators. It will be the one in the middle (the hardest on to unscrew). JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING IT AFTER UNSCREWING, IT MAY BE SEIZED ON A LITTLE. IF THAT'S THE CASE TRY AND STICK A BOLT OR SOMETHING...
