I completely agree with you on the 50mm f1.8. I know professional photographers who still carry this lens in their bag instead of the more expensive primes. @AstoundedAtheist I had a blood clot in my head for 3 months scheduled for operation, we prayed about it and when the time came for another cat scan before the op, the blood clot disappeared.
