I have the same policy as you Elle, about re-dying your hair. If its healthy, it should be fine. I don't really understand the concept of waiting weeks between processes. Its not like time will rebuild the proteins in your hair... If your hair is prone to damage, its going to damage regardless.

@unicqueky I would say since water boils at 212 degrees, the steam couldn't be reaching more than 250 degrees and that's not counting the air circulating through and cooling it down, and I think hair loses elasticity closer to the 350-400 range, you'd be fine
